Our unit of inquiry project this time was to make a movie, photos or a model about how you can use, store and change energy...!
I worked with Sofie H.We decided to make a movie about potential and kinetic energy.We had lots of fun!
One day we went to my house to film about kinetic energy and how you store it and use it..We first ran around in my garden to show how you can use it.For showing how it can be stored, we got batteries and some flash lights to show energy can be stored in there ready to get used.The other day we went to Sofies house and filmed about how you can change potential to kinetic energy.We jumped on her trampoline to show how we used kinetic energy and that there was potential energy in the springs.It was really fun to make it and to edit it.We also made bloopers at the end for fun.When we showed it to the class we couldnt stop laughing about ourselvs!It was funny to watch ourselvs on the BIG screen.We felt really proud that we had finished it in time and that people seemed interested in it when we showed it.

It sounds as though you really enjoyed this unit. What questions do you now have about energy? Are you an efficient energy user?
